Internation Orders

International orders will be shipped with DHL. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/monitor_shipments.html The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.

During the registration of your DHL Store account, you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the General store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

General store will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the General store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.

Returns
During 14 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should not have been worn, used or washed and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will only be accepted if products are returned with original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@general-3am.net.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
